Free shipping is not the same as free import duty. If you order from outside the European Union, your local customs authority may charge import duty, tax or a handling fee before your parcel is released. Those charges are set by your own country and are not included in the price you paid. Orders within the EU are not affected.
Wrong address, missing parcel, or tracking that has not moved email info@prestigeamsterdam.com with your order number and we will sort it out. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it or refund you in full.
