Placing an order means you accept these terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer. Where these terms conflict with consumer law where you live, that law applies.
Adding an item to your cart is not a contract. Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation.
We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a price was listed in error. If we decline after you have paid, you get everything back.
Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free worldwide. see our Shipping Policy.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken when your order is processed.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, take physical possession of the goods. If we have not delivered within 30 days, you can give us a further reasonable period, and if we miss that too you may cancel for a full refund.
You have 60 days from delivery to change your mind. Wear it, wash it, live in it — if it is not right for you, tell us and we will refund you in full. No explanation needed.
Separately, if you are in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Our 60-day guarantee is longer and more generous, but that right is always there and nothing here reduces it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Every Hala Crown comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If yours fails in normal use within that time, email us with your order number and a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it. This is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
We describe the Hala Crown as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens.
The Hala name, logo, NanoTexture, site content, photography and copy belong to us or our licensors. Please do not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian customers: nothing here excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
